Required Application Documents
- ✓Certified copy of Student's Birth Certificate
- ✓Certified copies of National ID for Parents / Guardians
- ✓2 Recent Passport-sized colour photographs of learner
- ✓Latest 2 Academic Term Reports from previous school
- ✓Grade 7 ZIMSEC Result Slip (for Form 1 Entry) or O-Level Certificate (for Lower 6 Entry)
